As far as I know, the open beta is gonna start monday, may 12th. It's gonna stay in beta phase as long as there are no bugs, to assure a flawless server. I am not in the team but that's what Akasch told me 3-4days ago. Hopefully beta really starts monday at max :)

Correct :)

Beta will take as long as needed. Basically until every single bug is fixed. Theres not official release date, but we could be done at the beginning of june. At least thats a more realistic preview.

However, DONT take my word for it, we'll be doing the beta for as long as it takes.

There are shitload of new features... each thing needs to be tested in and out. Also it can never be made perfect.. look at "The Elder Scrolls Online"... they had like 5-6 beta tests with like 50k ppl each time... however still had a few bugs after opening.

Dear Community,

We've opened Skalidor on Friday the 13th December. Unfortunately, it died. We've passed the point of no return since February and we are keeping it closed this time. The host is still payed and the server could technically still run until Elamidas is released... But to be honest, we're fed up with it. We've let you play for quite a long time after it died. In fact, you've been able to play for 3 more months. We've said that we let it run for around 6 months no matter what, even if we had no players left. That point was just reached.

There isn't much to say about Skalidor, you all know how it went and how great it was at the beginning... reviving the silkroad community and so on.

Anyways, you all know that Elamidas (Skalidor 2) is coming soon.

For Donators and Haters (funny how it goes hand in hand):
You are all allowed to chargeback.
We are NOT stopping a single chargeback.
Until now, ALL chargebacks have been granted!!!

We're not just trying to make money :)
