FACTS:
- server opened 13dec
- server down for 2days after 13jan(didn't pay the host)
- server down again @ 13feb

conclusions:
didn't pay the host again, they already made enough $, time to start failing(even harder) at keeping the server alive so that it eventually dies and nobody can 100% put the fault on them...

yep, they are not paying it so all the troubles :S, then they complain about the host, ofc, the host cut server if not pay, so yes, 'hyper down' lol.
