There were some trouble at the beginning becouse of some unknow exploit attack but they got fixed. Everything has been running smoothly since today. Of course sometimes it was offline but most of the times it was due to the HPP that went down, I mean the whole service. Don't believe in what haters say, the rest od the downtimes is due to update/patch/inspection which are almost always planned and announced in game.

i hate that this server doesnt work the only one i would play and its not freakin working....just a sugestion to server owners close it take it to closed beta get 100 players test it and reopen 1 month later ...its just my opinion...this only proves that ur not really good at creating servers...no offence

As I said above this server has been running smoothly since nearly 2 months. They've just added a big update/pathc, it's normal that a problem may occur.
You also said that you joined this server only yesterday so I think that you're not in a position in which you can judge a server 2 months old. Just be patient and wait untill they've fixed the problem.
You guys, are too addicted to this game (Silkroad).
