+2 => 70%
+3 => 60%
+4 => 50%
+5 => 40%
+6 => 20%
+7 => 10%
+8 => 5%
+9 => 2%
+10 => 1%
+11 => 1%
+12 => 1%

are for items with or w/o luck stone? or luck stone is useless?

i guess i can stop searching for servers .... hope it will be the server where i can spend my winter on :P

These rates describe the chance of success when fusing with elx+lucky powder only, nothing else.
