Well, it depends. People with at least 4GB RAM are able to host and play silkroad. I have had a Dual Core 2.0GHz, 4GB RAM DDR3 and a 460M GTX (tho, you can use an GPU intel2 chip for this game to play it ... seriously) on my previous laptop, was running quite well. Took long booting up the client, but once loaded, it was working fine.
But on a mobile device? Can it even handle the about 30k - 50k mobs? I am not sure.
Each PC triggers a stacked mob spawn in the corresponding grid (if you know what I mean, otherwise check your radar, if you walk around, when ever a mob disappears, you are changing your grid on the navmesh and maps) and a mobile device does have, dunno, about 2GB RAM? I have 8GB and can run a server with 50k+ mobs only, if I use a second server within the first instance, which you cannot do with a mobile device, obviously?
It could be handy and fitting for LAN stuff with friends, but I rather rely on my hosting rig instead.
