Well... I don't know where to start. I will re-take my first arguments.
1) Both, SoX and Skill balance are definitely random. Your buff to Armor was nice but you overpowered magic damage so people is forced to go garment anyway. Protector still the second option. You did nothing. Why give so much buff to s/s nuker? Didn't you know full int s/s nuker is the strongest int build in cap 90? Of course you didn't know, you never played iSro! You made int too strong in this server while str are lazily balanced.
2) Server is purely pay2win. I usually have no problem with this, but non-donators are no one in this server. There's no way a non-donator can win any event, maybe Party event or a really nice luck in H&S Event, but donators are the ones who stands higher chances to win as they can afford for reverses, fast pets, a lot of lottery tickets, etc...
There's absolutely no balance between pay2win and free2play, premium in this cap gives 5% of everything and 3 str/int. In this thrash server it gives 10% of everything, 7% luck and 10 str/int making premium users really strong against non-premium users. Not even mention silk items are much more expensive as they are by default so non-donators are forced to sell every single stone/elixir they get from botting to see what they can buy. If they don't farm at least 3k silk, they are just a lvl 90 mob that can be 1 hit by anyone. Alchemy is not balanced, without premium it's hard as fuck to reach +5, being a waste of elixirs while premium users can get +6 by just blinking their eyes (after +6 alchemy becomes hard, wouldn't be bad if it was equal to everyone)
So this server is a total waste of time for people who can't donate. Also, the economy is fucked up:

As I said, this electus team has poor knowledge of economy. They just apply random "balance" changes to "see" what happens. Limiting gold profit? Most retarded idea I've ever seen. Socialism doesn't work, neither in real life nor a video game. Limiting the profit of jobbing will just make a deflation over the time, you'll eventually remove the limit when you see everybody rage quitting because they don't have gold for anything, also, this doesn't make gold more valuable, it just fucks up the whole economy as prices will be fluctuating until you eventually remove the limit as people gets even more frustrated as all gold they worked hard to have will now be worthless everyday.
I will teach you a little of economy as LastThief is stupid as fuck:
Gold itself was never valuable in most of pServers because there's no point on having it, you only need gold to re-pot your gold bots and buy lucky powders. Limiting the amount of gold earned will just make it much worthless as it encourages people to trade more with silk as they can't get enough gold to supply their needs. If you really want to make gold valuable, you should have lowered gold profit since the beta phase as well as add valuable items for gold. An example would be F10 items like astrals and immortals, clock or even a devil spirit. You could even make your whole game system to be based more in gold than just random points, but no. You prefer to waste months of development in pokémon pets than nobody uses anyway (And actually, since almost nobody bought pikachu pet, you decided to put others in magic pop. Otherwise there wouldn't be almost any single pokémon pet in game, Gotcha! ;) ).
3) Godsent dungeon: Now I finally understood was LT meant with "Party-based" dungeon. Well yes, it's hard to code. Congratulations. But what's the purpose of it? It's just a pharaoh tomb where you get kicked of the dungeon if you DC or master kicks you from pt. Also, Godsent dungeon has nothing special, just pharaoh tomb using Petra Garden map with a shitload of uniques inside it. That's the famous Godsent dungeon. Not even mentioning this system is extremely abused, pt masters will just kick out 6/8 members and keep a friend to take the boxes, making people waste their time as TardThief made the system to kick you out of the dungeon if you get kicked from pt. Also, just to make it clear: Nobody will copy your "Party-based" system, not because it's hard to code. It's because IT SIMPLY SUCKS. It's extremely abused and there's simply no point of having it, the only think you did was just a kick option for pt leader with just 1 click, that's ALL what your system do.
4) Down times: I understand your "hard" work on the server, but using "vsro files" as an excuse over 3 weeks? There's no a single day this server doesn't crash. Many populated server don't have such problems, you know why? Because they have good developers. I wish I could say the same of TL, but it seems Pr0x! is the only developer in this server and he has health issues. Poor him, if he just had a mate with some brain cells left...
By the way if you have so much money, how about if you get a cheap vps to set up a test server and make sure everything is working instead of fucking up and already opened server?

5) Togui Route: As expected, this is the only route people takes as other routes gives very poor profit. Making job really repetitive and boring. Also, Petra route is available and thread doesn't even mention it.

6) Balance: It simply doesn't exist, you wanted to make armor and protector more important, but you increased light magic damage to 21% and extra 10% to s/s when they are already the strongest build in cap 90.

Result: Armor is sold for 300m or max 50 silk while garment is worth 500+ silk. At least 80% of server is using garment anyway so it means that your balance wasn't even close to be successful, yea another failure star for balance.

7) Not everything is negative: Well this is the positive part of my review. Although having extra blues on sets is not something new, you did it somehow well. Despite magic damage is overpowered making Armor useless, it received a nice buff as well as protector sets. Godsent dungeon is a nice concept, but you just didn't execute it well. You did a good work implementing petra garden but when you were done, you just threw random uniques inside and that's it. That's called lazy work... So I would suggest you to improve the dungeon, because it lacks of personality as well as that "Party-based" system is just a failure. Why not just make quests to give reward so people won't kick out everybody to keep the rewards?
Economy deflation gave some worth to gold, still not enough. You finally decided to remove limits which will balance a little the economy again. Just to let you know, deflation is not easy to control, it will take some weeks until economy rises again and that's when everybody will start to exchange their gold to silk as it will become worthless again. Not even mentioning this is quite unfair for these people who bought silk and notice how prices will change among the next days.
8) Server population/Future: Server is truly populated, some bypassers, some people with multiple devices, at least 1.2k players must be real. That's nice. The main reason of this is that there isn't any other big server open, as soon as another big server opens, BB Electus. My prediction for now is, when Emerald (Reality 2) opens, this server will go down. It won't last for more than 1 month starting from Emerald's Grand Opening.
This part of the review is outdated, this server definitely has fake counter. It was populated, yea. But not now, also, I've noticed a minor thing:
Just in the moment you open the server with a new patch, it suddenly has 800~1200 players, not even mentioning patches are quite heavy. Fake counter, where? Too obvious. I have a shitty 10mbits net, it takes me a little more than 1 minute to finish the patch, when I log in, there aren't much people online as the website shows. Dw is almost empty being the main city with more than "1k players" online? Arabian coast being the main grinding area is 90% empty? Yea sure. LT said BlackPearl 7.2k players where ultra fake, well, they were 80% proxy, but at least they were true. Hotan, Karakoram and Taklamakan full of proxy pts, you couldn't walk to ANYWHERE without watching at least 5~8 full 8/8 pts near you. Thing that doesn't and has never happened in electus with their "3k players" after the second week.
9) "Professional Team": Pr0x! is a nice person, I wish I could say the same about LastThief, such arrogant third-world indigenous probably living in a first-world country thinking he's superior to any other and nobody can do what he does. He calls retard to any player that gives a negative criticize, so what's the point of "feedback" genius? If you can't stand a negative comment, don't open any server. Grow up u fucking scumbag, this is 2017. Also, this server is purely p2w, another money-milker shit server that has boring features just that most of "big" servers have, everything is hard as fuck to get without donating (Unless you started in the beginning and sold all your stones for silk), people just bot 24/7 to sell their shits for silk and then resell their silk for real money, that's all. Newcomers don't stand the smallest change to get anything without donating. The only difference between your last server and this one is purely cosmetics, nothing else.
Ticket are usually answered and they also compensate supportive players, which encourages to keep using it. So in general, the team is nice. Except LT.
I hope LT never opens a server again until he grows up and make a true server instead of another p2w shit to milk more money with poor/copied features. Cosmetics are nice, but your server won't be successful just because you threw some pokémons into Magic Pop. Improve the gameplay, not only the cosmetics. You didn't delivered anything as you claim, your slogan just make me laugh harder.
