If you know what you're doing you can do a comparison of that file and the stock file with hex workshop.

Why do that when if you know what to do, just use IDA?

I haven't checked it out in IDA or Olly. When I looked quickly in Hex, it looked like only one value was changed, but that seems a bit odd. There's probably more but I also compared it to my modded file so there WERE more than one thing changed. I'll take a look at it later though, have things to do shortly.
