An .SEQ like an Sequence/Anim/Particle file or something else (idk) and not editable with Notepad or any TextEditor ^^
Try to find out what this is for a kind of SEQ using asm/hex or something else ^^

i get any time an error when i want to load the resource.s4hd. i copied the file on my desktop and i started the tool as admin AND I F***ING REBOOTS MY COMPUTER.

Put the resourcetool to the s4 folder and run it as admin

Dude I'm trying same thing, but I'm guessing when you launch game now it replaces on files that have been modded, so this doesn't work anymore.
