Informations

- Lua files are compiled you must decompile them before you can edit them(No i won't make a tutorial)
- Some x7 files are not used by the client, instead it gets them from the server(ConstantInfo, Actions, Weapons, Effects, EffectMatch, EnchantData and EquipLimit)

Es ist ein Tool zum bearbeiten der Resourcen ??!!! was ist daran so schwierig zu verstehen ???

P.S. constant_info.x7 = hp / sp / player seetings etc. :> the old 8.x7

i have always error with Win7 64bit ultimate o;
