Captain DMA Discord Server - Beware.

Yeah, they are posting announcements in Discord ridiculing customers, and muting/banning people. Not a good look they got going.

Apparently they did ship some orders, but I am not sure if they shipped everything, and will wait to hear when peoples' stuff actually arrives.

Exit Scam Confirmed. they are still doing the same shady shit a month later. Still shipping orders, offering zero support and unironically sending broken hardware too "shocking right?" now im stuck with a 300$ piece of crap. when you try to seek support or ask for refund/replacement you just get a circle jerk of people pointing fingers at the next guy "go ask so and so" well surprise surprise nobody ever answers or just tells you to ask someone else.

Edit I was finally offered a refund. Support is still terrible.

This was just posted apparently. Pretty sure he is inflating his self worth to try and sell his domain, but honestly if the factory in China proceeds to supply this guys' successor, that kinda sketches me out about the legitimacy of their other operations.

Best you can do is purchase dma hardware from enigma-x1.com :lul:

CaptainUK just exit scammed as well. Highly recommend people steer clear of any CaptainDMA resellers.

i would advice people to not buy anything from the brand captaindma. as of today my fuser don't work anymore, havent even used it for one and a half month, it has sat on a shelf with absolutely no fall damage or damage of other sorts, it just don't wanna turn on anymore. not even 3 months since i bought it from captain, leaving me back with a 300$ paper weight and no contact with anyone that can help me fix it since captain exit scammed
