Probably not too many are interested to share information regarding packet based cheats. It usually has quite the negative impact on many things when people can't keep the information to themselves. As an example when a video was released on Youtube of a quest hack that I made over 5 years ago on Global Dekaron it resulted in a huge mass-ban spree.

Dekaron has very poor validation procedures and you are able to do a lot of things. The old cheat I made abused the quest system so that you were able to instantly complete quests many times essentially enabling you to get infinite amounts of any quest reward items, DIL and EXP. Leveling to 190 took back then just some minutes. It has at least for the most part been patched as far as I know.

i allready thought about insta complete quest but i think it is fixed ( at least for dekaron papaya)
i did not try to edit exp reward

I have no idea about the status of that video. Obviously I did not release such a video, it was made as a recording by a 3rd party.

You can't edit the rewards, that's something the server decides. The cheat was based on choosing a quest on the basis of its reward and then instantly completing it and repeating the completion.
