As CptSky said, just change it for someone who is OnQuest. Not that hard! Just know where should you put it! ;)

What is difficult in that?

is packet 10010 with type 160

Are you sure you can open a shop window with Packet 10010?
Tell me the Window type (Offset 8). :D

use npc with type 32;

npc type 32 (uint offset 12)
npc ID (uint offset 20)

Yes you can, with a PostCmd subtype you can do anything on the client. You just need to know the commands.
