i wont to open private server for APB Reloaded
but i don't know how to do that
can any one help me

i need to now this
1- how to Decrypt files
2- How to translate the game files for any language I want
3-how i can build patch for the game
4-build server

omg you dont know anything about private server and want to open one? its not that easy like metin2 flyff or someting its much harder to do...

Please, before starting a "APB:R Server" try something easyer like an minecraft server!
