Patches installieren?

Wenn ich die Patches auf 1.5.0.x runtergeladen hab, wie wend ich die auf mein Spielordner an? Ne updater oder Setup exe gibts ja nicht.
Hab version 1.5.0.1 und will auf >1.5.0.6
