I put the bat file in Aion folder but cant connect again.I am with new Aion version.Is the server down or i cant connect because the problem is in my machine ?

I'm playing from Malaysia and I just need to know if I am able to actually try this game or not cause I've just finished downloaded the client. I'm always having the Gameguard telling me "This program is unavailable in your country".
Now my questions are:
1)Am I able to actually play from where I am?
2)If yes, how do I solve this gameguard problem?
3)Does my client which I've downloaded days before this DDoS attack happened have anything to do with my problems?
Would appreciate all the help you guys can provide cause I soooooo wanna try this game out. =)
So it seems others are having the problem with the launcher just closing after pressing "launch." I have a few other private server launchers and they do the same thing. They worked fine before I updated to 1.5.0.9. (This is why I was thinking this is a version problem..)
Yeah I have other private server launchers, but Infinite Aion sounds like the best one so I'm wanting to try it out. :]
Can't wait until this is all sorted out, I've only been able to play for less than a minute on another private server before the GG errors were killing me. I've never even flown around yet. xD
no the site is still down but the server is up, basically you cant play until they get the website back up but that shouldn't be too long
i realy hope that... i think... its more faster put the website online than the server and login game.

The server is up and running again normally, though the box that our website is on is having issues (other sites on the same box are down as well). As it simply isn't worth the effort to re-distribute the website to another server, we are left to wait for things to be sorted out ;3. ok,
1) open NCsoft luncher when it opens go to File>settings>Advanced>and do the Region to europe then just lets it update IF it updates if not doent matter then open luncher but not yet!

When do you make the Site online for to update the Launcher for 1.5.0.10
and is the server yet off because you are update the server to 1.5.0.10??
