whan i start the launcher this window is opens. which to choose?

You started the official Aion Launcher, that's the wrong one

You have to start the Launcher of their PrivateServer.

The DepositFiles Link at the beginning of this Thread should be their Launcher.
You have to extract this Launcher to your Aion Installation-Path and start this very small Launcher File
Then - when the game is started - at the main menu of Aion choose a Loginname and Password which you want to have, the account will be created afterwards automatically.
(Just pretend as you would login to your account because the accounts will be created while Loging onto the server)
