Chinese Aion Help

Can someone please help me? I am trying to launch the game but when I do I get windows cannot access specific device ext... I have windows XP 32bit

What about a screenshot?
Did you launch the game directly from the game-folder or from the shortcut on your desktop?
Cause it only works with the shortcut on your desktop.
