A suspicious call [QUEST PROBLEM]

Well, i just completed the 'A Suspicious Call' Quest and wanted to continue with 'The shugo from Pandaemonium' but somehow when i come to Uikinerk he doesnt have a quest for me...

Anyone know what might be the problem??? :S


I googled and it says that the 'Teleport scroll' is required for this quest... but the scroll you get from the quest 'A Suspicious Call' you use it to escape the prison in steel rake... so is there another way i could get one? or is this not the problem?
