Updated ENU pak ?

Good afternoon. First off TYVM for the info on how to get on the Aion servers! My wife may not like it cause of the time I've put in, but oh well :P ... I was wondering .. since there have been some new updates coming around and future ones on the drawing board, will the ENU.pak be updated with the new content? If so, how will the devs let us know? I'm sure someone would be kind enough to post it here... Just courious I'd hate to be up in my 30's and then have to take online courses on how to read chineese.....

the enu.pak file is made by NCSoft West. It isn't a user modification. So yes it will be updated by NCsoft west

Thanks Red and sorry for posting in the wrong section .. question though, how will we know if and when a new release pak is sent out? Thanks again ..

You can install the official English Aion client (currently in Friends and Family beta), run the launcher and it will get all the latest updates, including ENU.pak

You can get the client here: ftp://ftp.aiononline.com/client/

Or you can wait until someone post the updated version on here.

Awsome Apqoo .. but unfortunatly the FTP site you refered requires a L / P to get on .. and annonomous does not work .. now I do connect to Aion through the chineese patcher, would this also dload the ENU.pak as well or would I have to find the Friends and Family beta you refered to .. Thanks in advance...

there is a new enu.pak from todays patch 1.0.2.9

+ updated Abyss maps
+ some Asmodian quests works now (no translation error)

i'll upload it tomorrow (or someone else)

works fine for me.

did your client crash when you try to login or at a specific position (ingame)?

or something else?

Nope works fine for me as well .. In game as we speak (from work :P)
