Stuck at Login page.

Hi guys,

I've been trying every possible way to make this work but now I'm starting to give up. Here is my problem:

Once I got to the login page in the game, after pressing enter to validate the informations, the game just freez (The waterfall in the background and the environment too). Have to switch to the task manager to quit the game.
