Lies,plane and simple bullchit.I cant play COD4/5 on max with a 3870/3gigRAM/3GHZ C2D,so i very much doubt you can.Especially when i can play Aion on 1680X1050 AA8X all other settings maxed and i get 80<>120 FPS.
