Uhm, I don't get how that guide can help you play the chinese open beta. You just make an account on a site and thats it. How does that help u get in the open beta?

Making an account does not guarantee a spot in the beta.
Making an account does not allow you to suddenly read Chinese.

There is nothing in that file that you could not have presented as an imformative forum post with screenshots. (although the search function on forums works much better)
