Well you just take and put it the other way around, while you dance naked around the poeta priests. Then the hack will grow out of the floor if you feed it with the water and will be ready for use on the 3rd friday where the full moon shines.
In case that doesn't fix the problem you might want to describe your issues in an understandable way.
