Does aion still suck?

I used to play it like.. maybe 1.5 years ago, something like that I dunno, long time ago - and it was fun for a while it just got really boring really fast, leveling was too slow, not enough areas, etc.

Does it still suck?

There are new areas, dungeons, equipment, etc

But i tell you, Aion is a PVP based game.
In the end with lvl 55 the game is just fun in PVP.
And if you start late you have no chance in PVP.

No chance? There's plenty of chance if you know your class (and don't pick a sucky one) and get basic PVP gear (which you can easily get by doing quests in the abyss, participate in some fortress wars and roam around in Gelk/Igg). Surely equipment matters, but it's not like there's no chance.
