Hello , i wanted to craft a proc item ( worthy noble darkwater tome ) , and i failed , i searched for how to get it with 100% chance success , i heard something about using cheat engine with it , any ideas ?

as always, Blastradius is right.
There are a lot of things that you can do with CE, but certain things are
decided serverside, so you cannot modify them.
But you can use a Bot ( ^^)
to get the materials faster.
