Spiritmaster 16% CastSpeedWeapon lvl 50 (f.e. Miraju fusion with PvP Weapon lvl 30 - 50
Ranger (Miragen Bow or better fusion with lvl 40-50 pvp Weapon)
lvl 40-50 PvP Gear or Miraju
Acces are wayne maybe lvl 30-55 pvp or Gold PvE Acces (Dp some **** like that)
