Looking for Private server with Sever near China.

Hi,

I was wondering if anyone could tell me where I can find a private server with the server around China?

I can't play normal private servers becasue I'm in China right now, and my MS is like 600 with them.

Also, would any private servers like help? I can code in HTML, PHP, and I can do web design pretty well.

for a sample. That's a priv. server I was going to make but gave up. I also know the aion database well, and I have experience as an Admin on Gamez Aion, so I know admin commands, and the like.

If I can't find a private server to play, the next best thing is to help code private servers for other players
