A bit customized but you are free to go there.
Boss drops golden medals at certain rate

You can port to dredgion talking to Veteran Gatekeepers in sanctum/panda

Fixed that already.
That happened because Elyos recognizing skills gave less EXP than asmos quests.

Now all race will be 51 after finishing base quests.
