Highrate No Autolearn

Just wondering if there's a server as up to date or even past the server Gamez that has no auto learn stigma skills but is high rate. I like there high rates but the auto learn makes it not enjoyable to me and I don't wanna go to their low server rate either simply because low rates with bugs isn't any better.

I'm gonna assume I need a EU client for a lot of these servers considering I cannot connect properly to most of them unless I'm doing something wrong with the instructions.
