Problem with Aion :(

I downloaded North American client
instaled it update-ed it
and everything
He start up
showing all
But when he need to show the log in windows
my aion just desepair
but my xfire showing thet im playing it

How can i fix thet

mi guess is that its prolly ur firewall or antivirus software. turn both off and if it starts then u should be good to go o_O
