Character-creator [UI-edit]

Hello,
is it possible to reactivate these two buttons on the character creator?
i tried to remove the "not_visible"-tag and changed positions with the name-button but its still not there, just a blank space.

 this is how it should look like

its the "MENU_03" in the ui/ui_loginstage.xml
i changed it in the data/ui-folder and in the l10n\data.pak
can anyone help?
