I'm creating business so I need to create a Aion private server, but I need developer for this (who know create...)

So, if someone needs to be my Aion Developer please reply in this thread or send me an email:

Windows Server 2003

• 3GB Ram
• 3.20 GHz
• Intel Core i5

With 3GB RAM, you can not host a game, that is for sure. You need min. 8GB RAM and if you want to host Aion with Geodata you need 12GB.

Well... You think I can host other game like perfect world, aion, last chaos or something?

No.
Windows 2003 needs for himself and his own services between 1-2GB RAM
You need Apache, MySQL and Java. For MySQL you will need at list 1GB RAM.
For Game Application you will need at list 4 GB RAM, especially if you runs JAVA.
For Aion Geodata you need at list of 2-3GB RAM.
