Try Predator Aion. Player base ranges from 20-100+...depending on your time zone.

i played not aion and didnt get banned. i preffer InfiniteAION cuz i dont like everything given to me. also i dont donate if i could afford that i would play retail. so who realy cant deal with it?
and when eu goes f2p that will be the pay to win server
