Why do you want to work on Our Server?: I want to call your server home I want to spend my time helping player with their problems. Mostly I want to be there for you guys and your players.
Do you have any experience in that position you are apply to? Yes, I was GS then promoted to Head GS at Xsjado-aion. I was GM on Galactic Aion. Then GM on Unholywow and Exadox World of Warcraft server then promoted to Admin on both server. I was also admin on Shadowwow before it shut down for lack of players.

If a Situation go out of control. What will you do? I would summon the troublemaker where he/she cannot harm other players. I would warn that person about the situation he/she were in. If not complying I would ban his account.
If someone makes a Ticket and tells that he has deleted his Weapon/Item or character. what will you do?: I would tell him that I'm sorry that his Weapon/Item or Character was deleted and remind him to think it through the next time he want to delete an item or character and tell him I'll see what I can do but cannot make any promise.
