New launcher msg Chinese Client?

i'm gettin this new img when i launch the aion launcher, ive asked a couple ppl
to see what the words mean but the translation didn't get me too far so :

well i chose teh first option and the launcher opened and now updating some stuff ... guess they're gettin rdy since CBT is tmr

those 2 are the servers, the upper one is for northern china, the lower one for southern (maybe other way round), someone on aionsource recommended using the 2nd one (less ppl expected).
