I would like to know if someone has a pack of weapons, armor and boss of the aion with their respective textures.

but even better I would like to know in which directory you find these files to extract them, I have downloaded my steam aion, I would like to know if it is necessary to download it directly from NCsoft, thank you very much.

i think its in L10N folder probably
but why would you need that anyways? you can find them in

[ThorsNextKrobanPro]

L10N/{$lang}/data.pak unpack it with some free tool. and you get many .xml files.
