I had the same problem. Here is what I did, try and see if it helps.
You need Aion to run as 32 bits. The client that the program opens up, doesn't work. So follow the instructions the user called "Paraly" showed in this thread You download the file and then copy and paste the files that are inside the folder you downloaded, into your Aion directory. Now you just open your Aion normally, no need for bat files or anything like that, and it should open up as 32bits or give you the option to use 32 or 64 bit. If it doesn't work at first just try running it again until it works, it will.
After you have Aion running as 32 bits with the method posted above, just log into your character and run Aihackon. Be sure to run it as Admin or later on it may not find your character. When Aihackon starts running, it should detect that Aion is running by itself, so no need to choose the server yourself. Now just open up Aion again, and click the picture of your character so that Aihackon detects it, the program will keep spamming F1 until it detects your character anyways, but click it by yourself again in case that you changed the options (sounds stupid but yeah... happened to me)
You should have it all up and running pretty nicely after those things. Some features don't work by the way.

1) download the paraly files and copy paste in Aion folder
2) open Aion normaly
!!!!!!3) log in with the new (black litle log in window) and open game normaly right? after 10 attempts still 64bit. Doing something wrong?
OK guys when you download aihackon you got like 2 file the one named libeay32.dll and ssleay32.dll take these two files and replace them with the old ones in 32 bit folder rest files paste them in aion folder and run the eu batch file.when you run your game switch to aihackon program and choose the na server insted of eu and it should work

I tryed everything that was writen on comments...
One more thing. When i try to open EU.bat it says that "Windows cannot find bin32/aion.bin. Make sure you typed the name correctly and then try again." even if aion.bin IS there! I hate it when windows is ******* blind!
And i noticed one more thing. I tried to unzip the files again in bin32 and when i run the game with the Gameforge loader (because i cannot run RU.bat) it downloads 2mb of restoration files. It happens that the files i just unzipped are 2mb... Well Played Gameforge
