noanim is working maybe did you forgot to close the settings window after changes

No I saved than closed like on previous versions. Using also 64 bit client. Other options are working only noanim doesnt

It still works well, go to settings at the launcher and check the aion dir if it's the right path

the launcher starts the game, but the character selection, execution stops and makes me close the program by opening the send logs.

That's not a error from me, that's anything from aion. try to update your graphic driver.
