This patch enables GM commands and bypasses Xtrap for Paradox Cabal pserver 1. Download edited patch from here - http://www.mediafire.com/download.php?zzd3wim0y0y 2. After downloading, paste the patch to your Cabal folder. 3. Right click on the rar file and choose "Extract here". Choose "Yes" to overwrite. 4. Replace the old internal.txt with Paradox's NEW/LATEST internal.txt file (Get it from any of their latest patch)
