I would not touch it - EVER! Not much faith in his description, intention & activity on e*pvp'ers (which is basically zero until 2day)

Edit: If it's just an executable with in it the speed-addresses for cheat-engine it might be fine (thou pretty idk, lame?)

But again - remember if it's just made with the CheatEngine tool, it should be fine..
