You can train any skill with no recast time extremely fast.
Here's how
Check "Train Solo"
Check "Buff"
Check "Self"
Meditate
Check "Meditate"
In the skill list, check all the no-recast time skills you want to train
Under the list of skills, set delay to 100 or 200
100 casts it 10 times a second, and 200 casts it 5 times a second.
100 causes disconnects sometimes.
Hit "Auto" and you're done.

Note: Make sure you take off your weapon before doing this, this will wear out the durability
extremely fast!
