9D thai bug?

Im sorry to ask this here, but is there a bug with kung fu skills, everytime my kung fu lvls to 3 and higher, i start to miss hits very often, as it lvls higher i keep missing more and more.
In example im playing my HD using Flaming saber of death, while it was lvl1 it was fine, lvl2 was ok too, but at lvl3, i miss nearly half all hits.

I'll look into this.
My LoB Hybrid has Cheng 8 Drunken Fists of Iron and the hitrate seems normal.

i just had a small test, hit once and back off, it showed miss, but after second or 2, mob hp dropped, im guessing its the lag, i have bad delay for thai servers.
but im not sure about that, sometimes it feels that killing mobs with higher lvl kung fu is slower than with lower lvl because of misses.
