well from what ive heard things like cast time cast delay speed and damage are all client sided this is why i tried
lol

obviously you cant change server sided values anyone with a functioning brain could tell u that,

unless u could find a way to gain remote access to the server files which would be pretty hard, plus really illegal...

I'm pretty sure the server uses timestamps to check the time last casted.
E.G. It's server sided so you can't **** with it.

If you DO change the address I see one of three things happening.

1. The server will ignored that it has been changed and just change it back
2. You will cast it faster than the server see's should be allowed and you will disconnect
3. Visually you will see yourself casting it really fast but the server see's you as casting it at the same speed.

I may be wrong, never tried to mess with 9Dragons, just FPS games.

cause its serverside...same with damage or refinement u can see your change but doesnt affect anything ingame
