Can't find any server

As you saw in a topic my 9dragons can't find any server. I have done everything before running the game, but nothing let me to play the game. Can somebody tell me what is going on?

P.S. I'm from Europe. Does it has anything whit my problem?

What Firewall/AntiVirus u got,
What OperatingSystem u got,
What version of 9Dragons ur playing: G1's, D9 (Thai), 9D (German) etc. etc.

Then again, did you check if there is an update running?

I'm using nine dragons frome the download site (korean or something like that) and i'm using windows 7 . My firewall is basic windows firewall And ofcourse there were no updates running.
Is it any better?

Ahhhh... Then tell me site where can i download that version of game and will it be 5x server. I have the original game version too, but i want to play on high rate server. Plz smb help me with this
