Question about items

Alright, so I was thinking, is there a way to drop low level items at high level?
Why do I need this?

Well, for the quest "Legend Of The Saber Of Heavenly Demon (III)", you need to get 10 snake skins, and it's one of the "Roads to enlightment" quests, so that means you have to finish it to advance. However, at my level, I can't get any snake skins. I'm RL1 right now (Quest hacking ftw ), and the snakes are like lvl7-9. So is there any way I could get the skins?

I saw some guy with a +12 saber (so probably hell high level) who dropped snake/viper skins by killing them...

So does anyone know how? I'd thank for the answer

create a low lvl character and kill the mobs that u need then transfer items in ur storage

Unless you think that a guy up to lvl 12-13 could use that saber (and it's obvious he couldn't), he is dropping low level idems when he is high level. I tought about kenwood's answer before even posting this, I just asked because I saw the guy doing that. And it would be VERY useful to know how to do it.

You can equip any saber at any level it's just that it's durability is gonna drop faster if your lower level or don't meet the required needs (not enough dex /str/wis) and i think you still drop items from those mobs just that the drop rate is really low ... not sure for that

Oh, didn't know you can equip high items at low lvl... Then it makes sense, ok, thanks ^^

Oh, and off-topic: Could anyone lend me a +12 saber on nirvana then? I would dupe it in 1 minute and give it back to you guys. I'd be grateful (^.^")
