Hey all,
I was wondering how I could manipulate the game without hacking, or with minimal hacking. I found a program called "Cheat-o-Matic" using Google a whiles time back for random games I wanted to have 'more fun' with. :P
What it does is it searches for decimal values that you input in the search tab, and after finding the value, you can change it to whatever you please. In order to search anything in the program or game, you have to pick it through a drop down menu, which displays all the currently running programs.
Now, I have tried it with 9D (the official version, not the Viet one) and GG doesn't seem to mind it up, but, when I select "9Dragons" in the program drop menu, it seems to not work. You'll see what I mean if you try it yourself (I'll link the DL at the bottom of the post).
I was wondering what could be done to make it work properly.
By the way, I am slightly (I stress slightly) farmiliar with simple hacking, as I used to do a little iPod hacking and PSP hacking (a WHILE ago). Although, that was more using other people's hard hacking work. What I am getting at is I am not entirely noob at it, but try to use lamence terms. :P
Had a quick look at the site you posted, IMO (without testing) this wouldn't be of any beneficial use to 9D players.
If you want to memory hack in VN or HK use CE, for US use MLE a UCE.
I have cheat engine installed, and I know how to work it, the only problem is that GG destroys it.
I tried the recent GG killer (for update 107, which is 2 updates ago), but it DC's as soon as you finished connecting and loading. Any way around the DC?
Also, all those acronyms, I have no idea what they mean. :P (cept for CE (Cheat Engine, i believe)). Could you elaborate?

As well, I run the official 9D (US version). I am not exactly sure what other versions are out there, hackable or not, but if there is any way of modding the standard 9D to make it hackable, please inform me.
