Congratulations for sorting out your problem.

That would be a first time I've seen that the CLTB folder had to be put in the AV exceptions.
What AV are you using?

Hopefully this may help others too.

Jase my AV is ****. Its AVG and it doesnt let you add exceptions. >_<

I just find it strange why the CLTB directory or any files that are in it require AV exceptions.

Temporarily disable your AV and start 9DVN and 9Disciple to find out if it is the same problem for you as well.

You guys did download your patch from right?
