IIRC, no, because of GG or whatever they used after GG. My n52 worked with the client before RF, and in RF only the n52te worked. If you have any interest in programming and electronics, you might wanna give and old Raspberry Pi2 (3maybe???) or the new Zero a try. They have USB HID capabilities thus can be programmed to act as a keyboard/mouse/etc. Heck, you could probably knock something using that and autogui to build a full bot
You might find a decent "programmable industrial keyboard" in Ali Express but most will have limited macro capabilities.
