2x Weap stats Removed,they were not working.

Vaga LF Crusing Long buffed at c10.
-you can now run and hunt bosses as a vaga.
Chakra Purge req mats reduced at NPC Moonshine Lady.
Fixed the Pirate boots in fashion NPC.
-should give 20% speed now.
Lower Maps Bosses Gold Drop increased from 3kk->4kk.
BP EGW auto event mini bosses drop changed
-the 4 mini bosses should drop like BT/GCM boss.

Hermit of South Sea 50m HP -> 80m HP
Overlord of North Sea 50m HP -> 80m HP
True General Wei level increased 133->157

-can drop Hell silver/Rat tails
