I think it will be nice if we can share our in-game items. Anyone who would like to share their work/items please post here with item names. And if anyone want any item can pm the owner and he/she can also post their request.

3) Hermit LM4 Bracer(3xCritical) +12

5) Wutang FD12 mansion hat, jacket, pant and shoe - female.
6) RC4 sword +12(this is the best for low levels, again thanks to nuocda).
7) 300 Chi Kung damage wristband - female.
8) 300 damage 2slot wristband - female.
9) All level 1,2 & 3 exilirs - Non Dungeon.
10) Choice of Fate passes.
11) Valley of Hell passes.
12) Blood Bead of earth
13) Defense trinket
14) HP tinket
I will update this post when i get some more usefull items. And please make sure that your item's list are in one post only (instead of making several posts with different items). Just keep udating you lists in one post.
